The Acreage Xtreme Cheerleaders, a division of the Acreage Athletic League is proud to announce the start of our Second season! Our inaugural season, 2007-2008, has proven to be extremely successful and we are ready to take off with our new season ,2008-2009! Our original 22 young ladies, ages 12-14, have brought home a Second Place National Title, First Place State title, a Second place state title, two Regional titles and a Sportsmanship Award at a competition against 70 other teams!! We Are So Proud !! These young ladies have set the bar high and continue to demonstrate personal high standards in teamwork, responsibility and determination. We are currently in desperate need of sponsors to continue this winning tradition! And we hope you would like to be associated with their winning attitude!! Sponsorship money will go directly toward competition fees, practice mats, gym time for practice, music mix tapes and other necessities for these girls to continue on in this program. This program has proven to be a wonderful way for these young ladies to stay focused on positive goals, work together in a positive atmosphere toward teamwork and still be involved in the community. These young ladies have volunteered countless hours of their time to community service projects in order to give back to the community that supports them. They have hosted a Community Yard Sale, Bake Sale, Sold flowers and raffle tickets to benefit the Acreage Girls Flag Football Breast Cancer Tournament and many of them also helped coach younger cheerleaders during football games. As well as maintain their school grades and attend the many practices that have made them the champions they are on and off the competitive floor! We have been asked to perform at various community functions as well! The Palm West Land and Sea Festival, the Acreage Chili Cookoff, and at various area school functions. We believe in teaching these girls to give back to the community that gives them so many opportunities. This year we are looking to expand the program to include 10-12 year olds, 12-14 year olds and a 15+ Senior team. Which is why sponsors are so important to this program. We believe in our community and want our community to believe in us! Any contribution would be tax deductible as we are a non-profit organization. Thank you for your consideration.
